2nd INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS LANGUAGE SEMINAR 2018

Language Academy has organised the 2nd International Students Language Seminar (ISLS2) with the Faculty of Letters, Chuo University, Japan on 4 March 2018. Thirty participants have attended the seminar which included 10 participants from Chuo University.  Prof. Shigenori Wakabayashi from Chuo University and Dr Adlina Abdul Samad, the Head of Department of Language Academy were the keynote speakers. Three presenters from Chuo University have also presented in the seminar while one participant from Chuo University and 3 participants from UTM have participated in a poster presentation.

Professor Shigenori Wakabayashi as the first keynote speaker talked about ‘Fruits of Collaborations: Language, Communication and Insights’

Three of Chuo University students gave a short but fruitful speech on Global Studies, Shinto Shrine in Japan and the Japanese Railway focusing on the railway in Tokyo.

Dr.Adlina Abdul Samad as the second keynote speaker shared about the Summer School Programme organized by Language Academy of UTM.
